Being located within the GBC allows tenants a local, professional presence without needing to maintain common areas or organise basic services. 
Tenants can come and go as required, 24/7 with digital entry and security cameras at entrance areas. 
The staffed (9am-3pm) foyer allows your clients to be welcomed and wait for you to come and receive them or have them directed to your location within the building as per your preference. Deliveries and messages will be available upon your return.
